What's wrong with me, am i crazy?
the voices in my head are telling me to do normal things, like, "go get groceries", and "why don't you watch some t.v.?", or "now might be a good time to wash your car". can i trust them?
Answers:
Sure, they're pretty normal. I mean I had them when I was a kid, telling me to do stuff like beat up some bully, forget about cleaning your room right now, remember to do 3 sets of squats. Basically a lot of people say things in their head before they do it to keep them on track. It usually sucks when you've gotta do chore after chore, just remember that the voices are normal, nothing to do with schizophrenia or psychosis.
