Answers:

Sociopaths feel that the rules that society conforms to does not apply to them. They do feel entitled to do what they wish, and they don't see the harm in it, because a sociopath, has a conscience, (only when it benefits them) Most people do things that are wrong, but they live with the pain or guilt when they have done damage to someones life. A sociopath may say that they are sorry, but they do not really believe they are in the wrong. They only say they are sorry so it looks like they are feeling what others feel. Sociopaths are great manipulators, and they truly feel they are entitled to more than the rest of the world. For some reason they believe that they ought to be able to have what they want, and it does not matter if it is at someone Else's expense.
Please let me clear up something here. The media uses terms like sociopath, quite often to describe predator's, serial killers, etc..... when in fact they may be a psychopath as well. In my study of sociopaths, I read that there are many sociopaths walking around today, but that the ones we have to study are the ones that have committed severe crimes.
One can be a sociopath and Never commit a crime. It's a behavior disorder, it can be severe, and combined with other mental problems as well, and with the media, and all of the crime shows tossing terms around, it can be a bit confusing. There is one point in the criteria of sociopaths that covers most of them, and this includes the ones that don't commit crimes, or get arrested, or become predators. They believe they are entitled to special treatment, and they feel a sense of entitlement, and less of a conscience than those who don't fall under the PDR definition.
