feeling empty inside like you dont have a spirit,no emotions,or anything.a hollow feeling.anyone with schizophrenia have that,or anyone else.if you do what do you do to help it.

This is common in people who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Medically, this is called Affective Flattening. It is one of the "negative signs" of having the disease.
It is very important to find a good help system in order to improve your condition. Just taking pill or doing nothing will not improve your condition.
Many have found that keeping a journal is very useful. What you write is not as important as just taking the time to write down what is going on inside and how you feel (or think about not having feelings). It does not have to be written in good English, just words that come to mind. You may want to keep this private or share it with your doctor.
