Peeing advise?

been to many doctors and urologists they all say its phsycological
I need to pee but i cant relax and clear my mind

Is there any techniques or anything that makes you pee?


Answers:

Take a magazine or book or crossword to the bathroom. Relax ! Don't rush!

And don't tell me that men must stand; I've raised a family of boys.
