Im always thinking of things which are impossible?!


Question:

Im always thinking of things which are impossible?

Im always thinking of nonsence. Below are some examples

1) After finishing exam, I will think that will my answer script fall out,will the staple loosen and drop?

2) When someone cough, and I breathe,will i get affected or infected if that person is ill

The above are examples, are there anyway to stop thinking of nonsence and make my life worst than death

How do I stop? I do wish to see a counsellor but is there anything that I can do on my own part?

The answer is really simple. You have an anxiety disorder just like I had. If someone offered me food or water, I would decline because I thought to myself, "What it it was poisoned?" Sound like what you're going through?

I like your question, "I do wish to see a counsellor, but is there anything that I can do on my part?" There is loads that you can do to help the therapy work. Not the least of which is just believing that it (treatment) can work. I had your self same experience and now I am better. I had to realize that I had a problem and that my problem among others was that I had anxiety and was afraid that everyone was out to get me, which, of course, they weren't. It was all in my imagination and in my fears. You can get better just as I got better through the right medication and therapy. I hope you feel better.
