Sometimes I feel that I know what a person is thinking and I get obsessed with t!
Question:
Sometimes I feel that I know what a person is thinking and I get obsessed with that?
Like if I can't please someone with something then I start making ideas in my head and I think that the person is angry at me, that the person hates me, and I swear that I can know what the person is thinking and it creates images in my head that can be erroneous but by coincidence sometimes it does happen just as a though. I want to stop thinking that I have some physic ability which is making me feel miserable because is impossible that I can get inside someone heads and know what they feel about me.
This happens with my b/f too, that I think that maybe he stopped loving me, he is with someone else or he thinks that I am with someone else. Etc, but is not trust issues it happens with everyone even with friends and family. I think they are mad at me for some reason, that they want me to do what they want to do, and that they don't like the shows I make even though I talk to them about them, and I obsess over this, and is not making me live.
Am I bipolar. Please be nice.

Answers:
Excessive speculation about what someone might be thinking about you only fuels your anxiety. Yes, there is a possibility that you might be right, but your obsessive thoughts are consuming you.
It isn't psychic ability. If you find that you're often right, you may just be a perceptive person. Or, since your thoughts seem to be obsessive, you may be creating a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Try to develop methods to deal with the anxiety you suffer from, especially at times when you think someone is upset at you.
