Can't concentrate...help!!?
i have a lot of work to do, but i keep putting everything off...i do other fun stuff until they are not even fun anymore, but i still don't do my work.
when i actually settle down to do the work, i can't concentrate. i keep thinking about other stuff. and i can't stay concentrated for more than 1-2 hours.
i wasn't like this before...what's happening to me....what can i do to change this situation?

do a couple of situps and push ups gets everything else off ur mind stretch and get to work.. it works im about to do it my self.....
