Why can a person get arachnophobia?
I have arachnophobia, why is it that people can have it?

sometimes fears are triggered by something that happens to a person or something they see. like my arachnophobia was triggered by the film 'arachnophobia' which was a horrible film about spiders living in someones home. its a very old film but i saw it when i was young and it scared me so much that im now completly terrified of spiders. but sometimes the fear just appears out of nowhere. i hope this helps xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
