I think I'm going to die tommorow?

I think I'm going to die tommorow. I'm freaking out, pleas help. I'm afraid that tonight when I go to bed I won't wake up. Please Help Me!!!

I think I'm going to die tommorow because something is telling me that I will die on july 10. its weird. I have had something telling me that for over a month. And now I'm afraid that when I go to bed tonight, I wont wake-up.

sounds like a bad case of anxiety and/or panic attacks..i should know,i have suffered badly before and spent every day believing that something terrible was going to happen and that i was going to die..no matter how stupid it seemed..am getting help for it now though and it is getting a lot better for me..hope it works out for you
