Question:

Getting control over my sleeping patterns??

I used to stay up till 11 and get up around 7. For some reason I started going to bed earlier and earlier and before I knew it I'm getting in bed by 9! Now I get up about 5 every morning.
I'm 13 years old. Can someone help me get back to old sleeping habits? Or is it good the way it is? Thanks for the input...
