Try to make tomorrow different for yourself by breaking a pattern. Treat yourself to a few hours of sanity.

If you are really desperate, you can call a mental health hotline and talk to a person with a background in helping people in tough situations.

Two heads are better than one, and talking to another person may shed light on an aspect of your life that you do not see.

Some days I have to tie a knot in the end of the rope and hang on while I am being swung back and forth over a deep canyon. I am in the sandwich generation and I never have a moment of peace. Taking back a piece of life for myself is about as easy as carving in granite with a plastic spoon!

I hope you feel better tomorrow when you realize that others care about you and want things to go better for you. One time when the stress was relentless, I ordered everyone to be silent for an hour. Having no where to go and no energy, I went to the kitchen and got out the aluminum foil, and fashioned myself a hat!! It was distracting and funny, so I was able to get a grip again mentally.

I won't laugh at your hat if you don't laugh at mine!! Best of luck to you and here is a {{HUG}} !!
