everybody is different, but being somebody having an anxiety disorder, i can give a few ways how to deal:

1) if you start to get nervous, do some breathing exercises. deep breathing really doesn't help me, but does for others. one exercise i found helpful was to focus on my breathing. when i inhaled, i would think of the word "re" and when i exhale, the word "lax" to form the word relax. there are various other exercises such a tightening muscles slowly that work too.

2)if you feel a panic attack coming on, try to figure out whats worrying you. identifying you worry helps you to deal with it. if you are still worried, try deep breathing. what helps me is to be aware of my surrondings. i will say aloud my name, age, birth state, birthdate and where i am. it helps you to calm down.


3) if you anxiety becomes uncontrollable, see a doctor. there might be a reason why you are anxious that you are unaware of. they might recommend a lifestyle change or something else to help. medication can help in certain situations when the anxiety is unbearable, but most times people can deal with it on their own.
