Why do I sometimes feel guilty for having a good day?!
Question:
Why do I sometimes feel guilty for having a good day?
Oftentimes I feel that having an all-around pleasant day is something I should not have; my thinking borderlines pessimism, and I think this is a reason. I have not done anything hurtful to anyone recently, so I know that this is not the cause of guilt. Can someone tell me why some people generally feel like they do not deserve to enjoy their daily experiences?
Answers:
If this is all true I would look for an early childhood layer of guilt. As an adult the guilt is removed only as your group does the no no . All alone you would still feel guilty.
