There has been a lot of stress put on me in the last 2 months. what can i do to help relive some of my stress
all my stress has to do with family problems.

when you get to feeling stressed out go work out talk a walk jog get a punching bag dont forget bag gloves or tape for knuckles and try to find something a trusted friend to talk to to try and relieve ur own stress.
