next year is my last year because im going to be an 8th grader. im nervous because i think i have a social phobia. i cant handle my self when im sitting down, i start getting uncomfterbol, my classmates seem to stare at me, and whenever im presenting i get panic attacks, and i cant control them. im very popular in my classroom, and im very rich, but i have heart and care for everyone and my friends dont believe im shy, and they just dont know what im going through. i go to a catholic school, and next year i have to go to an all girls high school, but my problem is girls can be reall *** hole bi.t.ches, and how will i control my fear? some person will just stare at me in public, and i guess i dont have the confidence, unless im with my friends. i feel really bad about this. i dont want to go to therapy, or doctor, i went already, they said im fine....please help me :[ plus everyone seems to stare like im gona break or something :[ help me..

go to school do your best in class. be yourself. but most of all talk to an adult you can trust about how your feeling. i think you will find out your not alone
