my teacher has been there for me alot recently.and today my doctor told me he wanted me to tell my parents i was depressed so that he could refer me to a proper counsellor. but i dont know how to tell them and i really want to talk to someone about it. i think i want to talk to my form tutor about it and see what she thinks and see if she can give me some advice on how to tell them but how do i ask my form tutor, what do i say? x
