Getting up in the morning......?

I sometimes find it very difficult to get motivated to get up and out first thing in the morning. I am always ten minutes later than I should be. I work for myself and enjoy what I do, so thats not a problem. How can I get motivated early morning?

Yeah i know exactly what your saying, dont yu just hate it when you dont have to be at work early but your body clock wakes you up anyway, but its also nice to know you can just turn over and go back to sleep.
Anyhow, try setting your alarm 10 to 15 minutes earlier than usual and when the alarm sounds stretch. Stretch all the muscels in your body from your toes and feet to your head and neck. Then get up and go straight to your front or backdoor. Stand at the door in the morning air and take several deep breaths in and out. This REALLY wakes you up. If you still feel like going back to bed, splash your face with cold water.

I do this EVERY MORNING and it works for me.

Oh and alarm clocks that give off a sudden loud sound or noise are not atcually good for you. I use a tune from my mobile as my alarm, it starts off really quiet and slowly gets louder. So it wakes me up gently, rather than suddenly
