Good Anxiety Bad Anxiety?!
Question:
Good Anxiety Bad Anxiety?
I am curious. I have never had the "bad anxiety" untill I met my husband. (Now Ex) I have had the "good anxiety". aka "Butterflies". Just before an interview, or a presentation. No problem to get rid of. The anxiety I get from being around my ex-husband is wicked. I have no idea where it comes from or how to get rid of it. It is very disabilitating. I am a person that loves to laugh. I cannot do that around him. I am always getting anxiety. Am I picking up on his anxiety (he said he always gets it) or is it my instinct that he is doing wrong?
Answers:
I don't think I'd worry about why, just avoid him. If a person is toxic to you, unless there is some reason why you have to be around him, don't!
