PLEASE HELP!!!! This is my last resort. I need interventions for Impaired memory, please????

I am a student ofcourse and I have searched the internet for hours looking for nursing interventions for impaired memory. Also, my patient has Alzheimers, BUT she is oriented times 3 and has no obvious mental deficits. I NEED two mental health nursing diagnoses for her. I am struggling badly. THis is for my psychology class. Any help or website information would be much, MUCH appreciated. I'm getting desperate!

Kitty.....she has good long term memory, her short term memory is a little bad. For instance, she'll ask the time 2 minutes after u tell her. So thats where I got impaired memory, i need interventions for it. Thats all I've been able to find wrong with her mentally. She jokes, she knows the year, the president. She knows everything!!

I have no idea what a second mental health nursing diagnosis could be. A risk for maybe? But even thats a stretch because she isn't depressed and shes outgoing.
