How to lose weight while taking antidepressants?
i have been on one that makes me gain for about a year now which seems to be working for now. the problem is that i have gained about 20 pounds and i am very unhappy about this. i eat moderately and i am more active but it still won't come off. does anyone have experience with this and was successful in losing the weight? i would appreciate any advice to lose that extra weight.

You need to discuss your concerns with your doctor. It's true that some antidepressants cause weight gain, but not all of them do. Your doctor should be able to recommend one that does not slow the metabolism to the extent that you will put weight on. Good luck.
