When dealing with legal, employment and stressful financial situations?!

When dealing with legal, employment and stressful financial situations?

What do you do to lessen insomnia, anxiety, depression, and emotional breakdowns? I'm in a circumstantial situation and feel out of control. I don't want RX meds, but need help in the midst of this problem. Thanks for any helpful suggestions.

In my experience, meditation and prayer have helped considerably. The meditation helps me to focus and clear amy mind-, making me calmer and allowing sleep. If you focus, you feel empowered, Prayer and faith help me feel that my problems are small in comparison to the world and time will make them go away.
