Any suggestions?
I used to enjoy working out, doing jumping jacks, jump rope, and walking. I used to wake up real early in the morning to watch those a.m. work-out shows, I also used to get screamed at for being awake so early. Now, I would like to go back to enjoying the staying in fit attitude I had. However, whenever I go near that area of my life, all my insecurities come into play. Any suggestions on how I can combat those old tapes?? thanks for your suggestions!! and God Bless!

if you are insecure about your weight when working out, just think to yourself, "at least i'm doing something that's good for me'. and if ppl think that you're fat, think "at least i'm doing something about it" in a few weeks, you will love how you feel, and love the energy you have
