Has anyone tried provigil?
This is a somewhat of a new drug on the market originally used by the air force by pilots for long missions overseas. It is also prescribed for narcoleptics. Its purpose is to keep the patient awake for long periods of times with no effects. I work long hours and was wondering if the medicine would help for shorter hours of sleep. It is starting to be prescribed more for patients that have long overtime shifts and have a hard time getting enough sleep. I would like to know how well this medication works?
