I cant go back to sleep?

now matter how early i wake up i cant go back to sleep why?

I'm having that these days ! .. its because these days I'm going through some changes in my life , so I'm thinking about that all the time , until Ii find a way to relax , and just shut down my brain , that would be the time in which I get back to sleep !
