okayy..
I have the most AMAZING friends in the world, she is 2 years older than me and well she's kinda like a big sister to me
and well she helped me stop cutting,, for 10 weeks,, and now this girl has spread around the school rumers aboutt me, and my friends wants to kill her but i have told her to just forget it but its hard and all i can think of is cutting myself and how good it feels =[
what can i do to stop thinkin about this?
any ideas?

Don't cut yourself. When she was helping you to not cut yourself before, what was your mind on then? What were thinking of? Try bringing yourself to the same place. You're strong enough to do this. You just have to believe.
