Anyone know a way to fight temptation or trick ones mind?

like i want to start eating heathier and lose some weight but in my head its like a whole different thing its kinda hard to explain but if someone know what im talkn about plz help and any easy weight lose guids

Hang up, in your room, the outfit that you would like to fit into asap.

Hang, on the fridge, a photo of an overweight you--the worst one you can find--to prevent you from digging in.

Make yourself a chart of what you eat each day. Note the time, what you're doing, how you're feeling, and the calories of the food that you're eating.

Make yourself a list of what you'd like to eat each day (example of healthy):

Breakfast:
Cheerios, any fruit, 1% milk

Mid-morning
Carrot & celery sticks, a couple of crackers, juice

Lunch
Tuna on lettuce & tomatoes with only lemon (no mayo), iced green or herb tea

Mid-afternoon
Non-fat yogurt, juice/iced tea/1%milk

Dinner
BROILED chicken breast, 2 veggies (1 green leafy), tea, juice or 1% milk

Evening
Baked potato (no gravy or butter) OR slice of whole-grain toast, chamomile tea or 1% milk

Most importantly, don't drink any soda--even diet soda gives us that 'beer belly'
Don't eat empty calorie meats like sausage, hot dogs, bologna, salami, pepperoni, etc.
Don't use mayonnaise
Don't eat sugary cereals or sugary anything
Don't fry anything--broil, bake, nuke, b-b-q--just don't fry
Don't eat anything greasy (chips, fries, etc.)
