and i thought nothing of it ( cuz i have seen this before)
but is it weard that i dont care it does not bug me ... i'm 14 and well i think its weard i DONT CARE

Being 14 is not easy on the best of days, even without witnessing a traumatic event. You are not weird. Here's what I think might be happening --
Our brains operate in such a way as to help us cope with things that are happening to us and around us. I think you are somewhat "numb" right now so that you can cope with it. Your brain is not letting you "care" about those people as a way of protecting you. Your feelings are likely to change after a few days, or whenever.
Don't let yourself feel guilty about not caring. You're really not in control of your feelings right now. And if/when your feelings change DO allow yourself to grieve in whatever way is best for you.
Hang in there. I seriously hope that you don't have to witness any more tragic events in your lifetime.
