Is ADHD a bad thing?

lol, cause people act like it sometimes, i do have adhd. but i do good in school. but i have Asian parents...
it puts them to shame
are there alternatives to healing adhd?
without pills? i used to have them, but they were bad for me and made me sick

the doctor put me off medication.
but people always treat me mealy, they take advantage of my nice/weirdness
and treat me like crap
i'm always told i'm too hyper or weird or annoying
i can't help it. but i dont like using "i can't help it cause i have adhd" excuse cause it drives me nuts.

i dont want anymroe medicine there are health risks tied to them. like heart disease

I don't think so. I have AD/HD and I was able to accomplish my Master's Degree. Of course, I am on medication and have learned to apply some behavior modification in order to learn to manage my AD/HD.
