Answers:
Actually that comination of meds is not necessarily inappropriate depending on your diagnosis, but synergistic effects do increase with each medication that is added. My guess is that it is both the zoloft and the wellbutrin. When I was on Paxil (an SSRI) years ago, it made me always overreact to the heat, but when the doc added the wellbutrin to help me quit smoking (which it worked wonders for) it put me over the top and I could literally clock the sweats (profuse) as beginning 1 hour after each dose. I stopped the wellbutrin and the twice daily sweating episodes stopped altogether and immediately. When I quit the paxil several years later, my body seemed far better able to tolerate the temperature extremes without discomfort.
