Can someone give me a clue as to if my husband has a mental disorder?

He goes through stages that remind me of Jekyll and Hyde...some days he is fine, others he is saying that everything that is wrong between us is all my fault and takes no blame of any of it. I will admit that I am not perfect, but I haven't done any of the things he says I have and won't listen to me. He also will not go to counseling to help our marriage. I was with him at a bar last night and a young chic that he evidentally works with walks up to him and he has a big grin on his face and ignores me, she turns to get a drink from the bar, then grabs ahold of him and once again he is grinning and I am left behind him like I am not there. I walk away, and he thinks I have a problem. I did not see that I did anything wrong, I was tempted to interrupt, but it would have been a worse situation all together, now he wants to end our 6 years together.

Ok, so people think that we have a drinking problem. This was the first drink of the night. He usually only drinks 2 maybe three at the most when we do go out to a bar, which may be 1 or 2 times a month at the max. I don't drink much either when we do go out.

It sounds like he's either cheating or has feelings for this other girl. Maybe he wants a break from things--who knows. But you have to assert yourself--if you don't take up for yourself no one else will. It may be that he's narcissistic--it seems that way by the fact he admits no wrong and blames you for everything. The truth of the matter is he doesn't want counseling because he doesn't want to be with you--there's just no other reason he wouldn't try to get help to work things out. And there's nothing wrong with you but obviously he has a problem to do things like that in front of you--a person can't break another's heart like that unless he has no heart himself.
