Refferal service?
so... how does one actually work?
like i need to call a mental health refferal line and i dont know what i need to tell the person on the other end regarding finding a therapist in my area that is inexpensive. would my parents have to call for me, or can i do it myself? (im 16).
any help?

Because you are under legal age, unless you are emancipated, your parents would have to call for you. So your best bet is to tell them what's going on & see if they can help you before going to see a mental health spec.
