I keep having this pulsating in my forehead. like right above my eye?!

I keep having this pulsating in my forehead. like right above my eye?

it dont hurt. just bothersome. i do have an anxiety disorder. could this be the cause? i'm not stressed or anything. i'm not sure why this is happening. what could i do to stop it? it can go on for hours. my dr. perscribed my prozac. but im very scared to take it.

I use to have that, I think. But then, I started doing little repeating taps on my eyes while they are closed. I guess this helps the blood circulate to them or something like that. Just like lay down, close your eyes, and start doing little quick taps with your finger tips on your eyes for a few minutes. This helped me. I don't do it anymore, i guess I'm cured. So it worked for me, I don't know about you. It's kinda sooting after a while, it massages your eyes, and gets the blood and fluids going freely, or something like that.
