Is there anyone who had their anxiety under control......like not having any for a long time...?
then get pregnancy and have it come back? Just want to see if there is anyone else like me. I was good for so long....came of meds to get preg, did get preg and 3 months in to pregnancy(now 6 1/2 along) got anxiety again out of the blue. I don't really feel like myself. Anxious all the time. Obsessive thoughts, feel scared for no reason, down on myself. Thanks
