I hurt myself.?
I hurt myself, and I have a hard time opening up to my counselor and my parents, I have a school counselor that I feel the most comfortable talking to, i email her but she hasn't responded. and I don't know if she doesn't like me to but I don't know how to get my feelings out besides cutting
