Question:

I have terrible come downs after alchahol is this normal?

when i have a drink which is really rare the next day i feel all hyped but tired and the day after that i feel so low and sad its horrendous i am on the anti depressent citalopram and have been for 6 months is this normal?

no, your best bet is to quit drinking while your on anti depressents. if you do decide to drink, while your out partying, be sure to drink plenty of water. that way you will not have such a bad hang over.
