Question:

Do I have a Prob?

Age 15
.Thinks about suicide,killing other people etc,basically just negative things
.I get sad alot then get mad and when i do it temps me wanting to kill myself and its a cycle all day ie. punching myself etc and destroying other objects
.Really irritable always wanting to fight people and gets mad easily and sometimes does happen
.Has no friends and never had any because they always just mistreat you back
.Low self-esteem like extremely low
.Anger issues pissed almost 24/7

I have no support whatsoever so I don't know how to help myself in this any advice? Don't say ask my parents I've tried telling my parents they don't care, and I have no friends or other support in real life. I've even tried calling a teen hotline and suicide hotlines and talked to their councelors and they couldn't help me. Its just really frustrating to deal with this every day.

It sounds like you may have some type of depression...could be clinical depression or even bipolar...don't let that scare you. There are meds out there that can help. I was diagnosed with clinical depression years ago. It's a terrible feeling, and I have to say my heart goes out to you that you are not getting "ANY" support. I can't believe your parents don't care...that is so sad, and quite frankly, that may be a lot of your problem. Without support, I am sure you feel so alone and sad.

I would say at the VERY LEAST...see if there are any support groups for depression in your area. Also, I would call a clinical psychologist. Someone who could diagnose you...so you can get some answers.

Last but not least....try to change your attitude a bit about having no friends and they always mistreat you back. Keep trying to make friends...maybe you have just been around the wrong crowd. Friends is what you need if you don't have family to back you up.
