I am packrat, is there any therapy?


Answers:

Practice getting rid of things. If u are OCD like me and keep things because u think u'll want and/or need them in the future just sit and think: What happened last time this happened? Did i really use the thing i didnt want to get rid of? How much better will my house look if i get rid of things i dont need?
That usually works for me. If thats nnot ur problem then just keep practicing to get rid of things. I dont think u need therapy for this. U can get over it on ur own.
