Random sharp stabbing pains when in stressful situations?!

Question:

Random sharp stabbing pains when in stressful situations?

When I am anxious, stressed, or even depressed, I have these random painful stabbing pains that occur in many places all over my body. It hurts so bad I want to cry most of the time.
I'm social phobic so whenever I'm in a social situation it's the worst. It gets so bad that I have to go home. Thing is, I'm perfectly FINE before and then once I get there everything starts hurting. Most people think I make it up just so I can leave since it's so sudden.

I experience extreme headaches and jaw pain (that go away once I'm fine), pain in neck and back (cannot sit for longer than 15 mins), random stabbing pains in ribs, chest, and sides. When it hits my lower pelvic area, it causes painful electrical shock waves that go down my legs.

Is this some type of somatoform disorder? Are there different types? What about fibromyalgia?
I really don't know much about this...Any other information would be greatly appreciated!

I used to feel like there's this serious underlying medical issue, but there's absolutely nothing physically wrong with me. I've been to so many doctors and have had so many tests done. It's very frustrating.

I'm 21, so no it's not just some phase. I've been this way as long as I have suffered from depression, body dysmorphia, and social phobia. Been about 2 years now.

A lot of anxiety disorders and depression have physical complaints as symptoms and if you get your anxiety more under control it's likey to subside some and finding coping methods like just going and sitting somewhere and taking a breather to realize that you are ok and your not dying, nothing is seriously wrong ect would help a lot too { from personal experince}. Leaving the sitituation to make it go away won't help in the long run as it just reinforces the idea that if you feel that way you'll leave and then you'll feel relieved so you'll keep having anxiety in the situtations because you never really deal with it. Different disorders have different symptoms from a specfic pain, to the general worry that something is seriously wrong with your health when there is not.
