hi like someone else posted earlier i too have this from my military days and it's not an easy thing to get over, the way i cope is i came to understand that i prob would never get the memories out my head so now i have to manage my ptsd the best i can,everything in life pal is an experience and you need to try to use your bad experiences to make you a stronger and better person for the future,hard i know but you'll get there i'm sure, don't give up because there are plenty of people who suffer from this so your not alone,try seeing your doc too so get something to take the edge of it while you get your head around everything, i wish you all the best and feel free to drop me a line if you wanna talk, Dave
