Being alone?!

Being alone?

I really hate being alone, the thing is i want to love it...i dont hate it when im doing something, but if i have no plans i get really anxious. i miss my boyfriend when he's not here and i do have a dog but i just feel really empty. I usually sleep really badley aswell, not scared really just upset......does anyone feel like this??? i hate it!

Start a journal. It'll help you think clearer thoughts, instead of anxious thoughts, when you are alone. Start getting involved in a hobby of sorts, perhaps knitting? Find plenty of books to read when your alone. As a child, I wasn't the type to make a lot of friends, as silly as it sounds, books can be your friends when your lonely. If you have problems sleeping alone, get yourself a stuffed animal. I enjoy listening to books on tape as I drift off to sleep. Keeps the anxiety out. Meditation is also good as are baths.
