I don't know what's happeneing, but it's just really weird.?!

Question:

I don't know what's happeneing, but it's just really weird.?

For about two months I've been feeling really really different. I'm a 14 year old guy. It's like I can't think right...logically. I feel different. I don't feel like I used to, that's for sure. I'm a straight A student and all, but now I feel kind of blank if you know what I mean. I'm not as active as I used to be and stuff...and I just feel weird. What could this be? Just a phase or something serious?

Well, if you were to diagnost me, what would you say it was? Yeah, I think the most logical exclamation is that it is puberty. Nothing bad has happened to me lately, so if you were thinking that it was depression then i'm pretty sure it's not. Also, I was thinking that if I jog every day...morning and then night, and keep my mind active logically (sodoku's, cross word puzzles, ect...) that I'll feel somewhat normal again. Also, to keep my mind open by hanging out with friends and reading books. I'm going to a leadership camp soon and that will be good. What do you think?

Even if this was depression, why in hell would I just randomly have it? And it's possible to over come it and never have it again right?

Whatever this is, God will help me over come it. I'm going to start being more faithful, he can help anything.

Answers:

I have the exact same problem...I was always a top student, but my mind felt blank all the time. It could be due to poor sleep or anxiety. You can research it a little more (health websites like webmd.com) or go to your physician and get his/her opinion. Good luck, I know how frustrating it feels.
