SHE IS JUST TEN AND WE LOVE HER ALOT SHE IS LIKE A LITTLE SISTER TO ME BUT YOU SEE WE THING SHE IS BIPOLAR AND WE DONT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE HER WHAT DO WE DO WHEN SHE STARTS GO OUT OF CONTROL

If you think she is bi-polar take her in for a diagnosis. Children are harder to diagnos, but it can be done. Medication and continuing counselling are going to be her best bet.
Controlling her is not.
