Can you kill yourself with over the counter sleeping pills?
if you take too many over the counter sleeping pills, can it kill you? if so, what are some brands to stay away from?
Answers:
Over consuming too much of anything can kill you (Yes even water). Regardless of the kind of brand, why would you consume more than the appropriate dose given on the back label? Just follow the label's instructions and you should be fine. Remember though, that one can become dependent on sleep aids if used for a prolonged period of time. So consume the appropriate amount.
