I have just had a bottle of wine, am drunk and diabetic?
Im miserable, and havent had sex in over a year. Im 47 and gasping and embarrassed.
What do i do?

Sounds like your depressed and or lonesome. If your in a relationship and haven't had sex, sounds like you need to talk to the person you are in the relationship with. If you are not in a relationship, time to get out and meet someone. As for being embarrassed and gasping at drinking a whole bottle of wine, your liver will forgive you.
