My life has no direction and i dont know what to do?
i am 30 years old and feel my life has no direction. I still live at home, i am in debt, stuck in a dead end job and feel as though i cant see a way out. I have not got any real friends (they always seem to leave me out) and most times i feel increadibly lonely. I am hard work, but that is becase i am shy and dont want to make a fool out of myself, I think other people see me as boring and a joke.I feel as though I should have done more, and I look at people who have a family, career and house of there own, and think i want that. But then again I am not sure if this is what I want. I was just wondering if anyone had found themselves in a similar situation

I AM in a similar situation - apart from the living at home bit!
And being shy and not making friends is pretty easy to overcome so that's an easy fix.
There's always somebody worse off though! Don't worry about it
