How do i start my life over?

I f**ked up a lot and i'm only 16, I want to live a better than what i have. I've made a lot of bad choices. I've done drugs, f**ked up in school, disobeyed my parents, lied, stealed, ect. I hate it. I wanted 2 kill myself, but i'm not gonna take the easy way out. So if i could have some advice to start over.
