I can't believe how many people don't. Either they abuse them, sell them, or stop taking them when they're having a good day.

As a mental health professional with 20+ years experience, now retired, I couldn't agree with you more. Usually when we found our patients in trouble, it was because of the variations to proper administration as you named in your question. Another variation is that they take them with alcohol or other drug despite clear warnings to the contrary on the bottle. God Bless you.
