the anxiety comes from every aspect of your life situations....it's subtle and can make you down emotionally....so don't ignore it or put off with it...it'll come back to get you as long as you continue to ignore it...if you ever wanted to beat the anxiety and fear, you need to *be aware of* every single tiny bit of anxious reactions that has occurred....find out what things or which persons make you nervous, anxious, and then face it and deal with it until you can totally control yourself psychologically....then, you'll be less stressful, anxious and can relax yourself more and feel much better....
