How do you mellow out after getting wound up?!


Question:

How do you mellow out after getting wound up?

After having the most hectic and stressful day, what do you do to help you calm down so you can relax?
Or..... When you are on the verge of blowing a gasket (Angry) what helps you chill out and get happy.. or at least peaceful again?

I usually need to exercise. I choose riding my bike to destress

this is an excellent question!!
I always handle it the wrong way -- having a drink and smoking a lot. . . .
But I really have found that a brisk walk (if possible) really helps me unwind and de-fuse. . .
