How Do You Know If Your Going Crazy?
i have been having some really disturbing dreams, to which the first one was of a crazy devil like creature in a bathtub telling me he was going to kill me. also, for the past 2-3 months it has become more knoticable that i have been having illutions and will have horrific flashes of something that could happen. ex. being me and a friend were walking down a busy road together and i had a sudden 2 mili-second flash of us getting hit by a truck, then it stoped. This happends about 2 to 3 times a week. last night was one of the most intense dreams where i was running around like a monkey screaming fliping out with blood pouring from my mouth. honestly, im an avg girl 19 years old happy great family and friends, no horrific childhood scaring episodes. i just really wanna know whats going on. can anyone help me ?!

I went through a stage were things like this happened; they weren’t as often as yours though.
Things like these can be coursed by multiple things like:
Illness that you don't know about
Lack of Sleep
Stress/pressure from school/work/home/friends
Or you have a Capability to be very conscious about the things around you.
Its even been said that things like these could be memories of past life’s but i don’t know if the monkey episode would fit into that category.
Nevertheless if these persist and are interfering with your everyday schedule or start to make you feel depressed (or even if you start to worry that you may have a problem) schedule a date with the doctor and let him know all the things that you are worried about. He will probably be able to help you take the next step.
The number one thing to remember though is not to get scared or worried unless it’s absolutely necessary.
